The Site is operated by Radish Dijital Technologies LLC referred to in these Terms as "Radish Price Guide," "Radish," "we," "us," or "our."

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, submitting information, using price guide tools, viewing sales data, using collection tools, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Personal Use Only

Radish Price Guide is provided for individual collectors, hobby participants, and users who want to view, research, organize, and better understand collectible card market information for their own personal use.

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we have given you prior written permission.

2. Prohibited Uses of Site Content and Data

Without prior written permission from Radish Price Guide, you may not:

remove, alter, obscure, or bypass any copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, source, affiliate, or ownership notice;

database enrichment;
automated price modeling;
resale or redistribution.

This applies whether the use is commercial, non-commercial, academic, internal, experimental, or otherwise.

4. Ownership of Site Content

The Site, including but not limited to its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, images, tools, databases, organization, search results, sales reports, market reports, collection tools, compiled information, and other content, is owned by Radish Price Guide, Radish Dijital Technologies LLC, its licensors, users, partners, or other applicable rights holders.

The Site may include information, images, trademarks, names, or references owned by third parties. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any Site content, database, report, image, design, feature, tool, or information.

5. Limited License to Use the Site

Market values can change quickly. Sales information may be incomplete, delayed, mistaken, duplicated, fraudulent, manipulated, or based on third-party sources we do not control.

You are responsible for doing your own research and making your own decisions.

Radish Price Guide does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, appraisal, authentication, grading, or professional advice.

9. No Guarantee of Value, Sale, Authenticity, or Outcome

The Site may display pricing information, sales history, card details, seller-related information, affiliate links, marketplace links, or market trends.

This does not mean that:

a card is worth a specific amount;
a card will sell for a specific amount;
a sale is valid or verified;
an item is authentic;
a seller is trustworthy;
a buyer is trustworthy;
a listing is accurate;
a price is fair;
a market trend will continue;
any transaction will be successful.

All collecting, buying, selling, trading, and pricing decisions are made at your own risk.

11. Marketplace and Seller Disclaimer

Radish Price Guide may display or reference sellers, breakers, streamers, marketplace listings, or sale sources.

Radish Price Guide does not guarantee, monitor, investigate, audit, or continuously verify the honesty, competence, reliability, pricing, fulfillment, legality, or conduct of any seller, buyer, breaker, streamer, marketplace, or third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

the amount you paid to Radish Price Guide for use of the Site in the three months before the claim arose; or
$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radish Price Guide, Radish Dijital Technologies LLC, its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

your user submissions;
your violation of any law or third-party right;

22. Termination

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
