• Optional marketing preferences: if you opt in, preferences about receiving communications from Radish and/or sharing information with Bo Jackson Battle Arena.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, respond to inquiries, send account-related emails (e.g., verification, password reset), honor optional marketing or partner-share preferences you choose, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Collections, Set Trackers, and Rainbow Trackers

Your collections, set trackers, and rainbow trackers are private by default (or whenever you keep them set to private). When a collection, set tracker, or rainbow tracker is private, its contents are not shared with other users and are not publicly accessible. Only you (when signed in to your account) can view that private information through our service.

If you use a featured or quick-create set tracker, your completion progress is published on that set's public leaderboard. While the tracker stays private, the board shows the official set name and progress counts only — not who you are. If you make the tracker public, the board shows the tracker's own name and a link to the share page. Card lists and prices stay off the leaderboard.

If you choose to make a collection, set tracker, or rainbow tracker public or share it via a public link or directory listing, that information becomes accessible to others according to the sharing settings you select. Public and directory sharing can include progress and, if you enable it, price and value estimates. You can hide prices on a public tracker without making the tracker private. You can hide prices on a public collection link and showcase without making the collection private. You can change those settings at any time to return the item to private.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may receive or process your data, including: authentication (NextAuth), payments (Stripe), advertising (e.g., eBay Partner Network), email delivery, and, where applicable, image hosting (e.g., Cloudinary). Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

We use session cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site (e.g., keeping you signed in). We may use additional cookies for analytics or advertising if we add those features; we will update this policy accordingly.
